Arvid grew up in a family of musicians. He witnessed what it takes for artists to create their best work: the preparation before the rehearsal, the personal sacrifices that never appear in programme notes, and the families who quietly reorganise their lives around a calling.

He also witnessed the operational dynamics present in every arts organization. The board tensions, budget challenges, the constant need to attract donors and new audiences, and the backstage logistics of a major production.

In addition to this deeply personal understanding of classical music, Arvid brings two decades of executive experience to artist representation. Having worked with hundreds of news media organizations, he recognizes in today's orchestras the same challenges facing every legacy institution trying not just to survive, but thrive: the need to honor tradition while engaging audiences, to be bold and authentic in a crowded entertainment and media landscape, and to build financial sustainability that will bring our tradition into the next generation.
